Americas Marketing Lead

Job Description

  1. Develop digital marketing strategy for both Americas and China markets, with the goals to establish and maintain Hesai's brand image and support business growth. Capable of flexibly leveraging online channels including website, SEO/SEM, e-newsletter, LinkedIn and Youtube.
  2. Design and optimize the user journey on Hesai's global website, lead inbound marketing programs to acquire sales leads for both Americas and China markets.
  3. Build digital marketing platforms and tools from the ground up, with the goals to nurture sales leads. Collaborate with marketing and design teams based in Shanghai to design and execute digital marketing campaigns such as webinars.
  4. Analyze the leads acquired from online channels such as website, social media and SEM, and provide insights for business team, as well as for marketing team to measure campaign results.
  5. Write blog posts, press releases, case studies, social posts and various PR and marketing content.
  6. Maintain the Americas and Europe event calendar and support trade show exhibitions (may require frequent business travel).
  7. Develop and maintain media relationship in Americas and Europe, respond to media inquiries and support media interviews.


  1. 7+ years of B2B digital marketing experience, with campaign development and execution experience, and familiar with mainstream online channels. Experience in technology or automotive is preferred.
  2. Experience in Google SEO and SEM, familiar with WordPress based website optimization.
  3. Excellent communication skills including speaking and writing.
  4. Sensitive to numbers. Fast learner. Self-driven. Highly responsible and team spirit.
  5. Experience in cross-country collaboration is a plus.
  6. Speaking Mandarin is a plus.
