Hesai and Li Auto Reached Strategic Partnership for Automotive-Grade Hybrid Solid-State Lidar
On July 9, 2021, Hesai Technology and Li Auto signed a strategic cooperation agreement. The two parties had an in-depth discussion on the series of topics related to ADAS and safer driving solutions.

This partnership is based on Hesai’s latest generation of automotive-grade hybrid solid-state lidar solutions. The two parties will collaborate on topics ranging from integrated lidar solution for commercial vehicles; lidar’s automotive-grade reliability and functional safety under complex weathers; to highly automated manufacturing system.

Hesai is a global leader in 3D lidar sensors. Its products are widely used in the fields of autonomous vehicles, ADAS and robotics.
The cooperation between Hesai and Li Auto will provide a strong guarantee for the perception ability of autonomous electric vehicles. The two parties will jointly advocate for the commercialization of autonomous electric vehicles, and lidar’s large-scale application in the OEM market.
