Leads Lidar sales for ADAS programs and Robotaxi at Key Accounts (OEM/ Tier 1 Automotive customers) in North America
Owns accounts and identifies and realizes opportunities within the Automotive market
Develops and executes the Growth Strategy for OEM/ Tier 1 Automotive customers
Aligns key actions transparently for key stakeholders (Management/ Product owners)
Builds multi-level customer relationships to support account strategy and coordinate the use of internal resources, including local field application & engineers, program management and business unit staff to drive design wins
Drives the overall sales process from lead generation to deal closure, to issue resolution manage contract and pricing negotiations
Provides value-added feedback on customer needs to management business units and customer service teams
Provides short- and long-term sales/revenue planning
Requirements
A result oriented, driven, and enthusiastic Key Account Manager with extensive sales experience at Automotive customers (OEM's) in North America
Demonstrated background in driving success in the Automotive Market. Minimum of 10 years' experience working in sales, applications, program management or marketing
Strong interpersonal skills and a team player with ability to work effectively on cross-functional teams
A Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering or similar
A preferred background in selling opto-mechatronic/ Sensor solutions (Lidar/ Camera)
