Assist the sales team with product demos and answer technical questions.
Help customers integrate lidar into their AV system or robotics system.
Provide support on LiDAR data communication and data analysis, which requires knowledge of Hesai SDK and ROS.
Help customers troubleshoot LiDAR-related issues, such as no data communication, data drop, unexpected data, etc. In case the issue cannot be fixed by himself/herself, need to discuss the issue with the engineering team in China.
Prepare failure analysis reports for important issues.
On-site support customers on an as-needed basis.
BS/MS in science, engineering.
Experience with LiDAR or similar technology is a plus.
Some level of software experience is required. Experience with ROS is a plus.
Global support experience is a plus. Can work flexibly and adapt to China's timezone.
