Lead lidar sales for key automotive accounts in North America
Own accounts, identify opportunities and achieve targets
Execute and develop the growth strategy for key customers
Work closely with internal key stakeholders to achieve company vision (management/product owners)
Builds multi-level customer relationships to support account strategy and coordinate the use of internal resources, including local field application & engineers, program management, and business unit staff to drive design wins
Drive overall sales process from lead generation to deal closure, manage contract and price negotiations
Provide value-added feedback on customer needs to manage business units and customer service teams
Provide short and long-term forecast
Requirements
A result-oriented, driven, and enthusiastic Key Account Manager with extensive sales experience with Automotive customers (OEMs) in North America
Strong interpersonal skills and a team player with the ability to work effectively on cross-functional teams
Demonstrated background in driving success in the Automotive Market. Minimum of 5 years experience working in sales, applications, program management, or marketing
A Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering or similar
Background in selling opto-mechatronic/Sensor solutions (Lidar/Camera/ECU/Displays) or similar electrical products.
