Develop and expand the Robotics and Automotive market in Korea.
Establish and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Automotive OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, and strategic distribution partners.
Lead the entire sales lifecycle from prospecting to deal closure, ensuring utmost customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
Identify and respond to Sales enquires.
Collaborate closely with Hesai's internal teams, including product management, engineering, and marketing, to deliver tailored solutions to clients.
Provide regular sales forecasts, market insights, and competitive analysis to senior management.
Travel as required to meet clients and attend industry events.
Requirements
Experience in administrative services or related fields.
Strong technical acumen, with a Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
A minimum of 10 years of experience in complex technical solutions sales in Korea, preferably within Lidar, Camera, 3D systems, or Semiconductor industries.
Extensive network and proven track record in the Korean automotive market.
Proactive, results-oriented individual with exceptional interpersonal skills.
